Digital Transformation of Bayan College's Admission System
Delivering a full admission ecosystem — public website, student application portal, and staff admission platform — built for Oman's regulatory requirements.
Introduction
Bayan College, a private university in Muscat affiliated with Purdue University Northwest, was running admissions through a legacy system built by a single developer — with no documentation and no way to extend it. They needed a modern, bilingual (Arabic/English) admission platform that connects directly with Oman's Ministry of Higher Education (HEAC), handles online payments, and manages the full student journey — from application to enrollment. Our role was to take this from discovery to a fully engineered, production-ready system across three connected products.
