The first stage of the system development was conducting the Discovery phase. This allowed us to define a set of functional and non-functional requirements, prepare the interface design, and determine the technical architecture based on modern technologies and services. As a result, we developed a project roadmap for the year ahead, with a defined MVP and subsequent project versions.
- We conducted more than 6 sessions with all team members responsible for different parts of the business process.
- Additionally, a comprehensive analysis of the market and competitors was carried out. This helped us find interesting solutions to existing problems.
- The information was transformed into a project backlog, which was later uploaded to JIRA and became the main tool for managing requirements for the development team.
After the Discovery phase, the system development began. We structured the process using the SCRUM methodology. Every two weeks, the development team presented the implemented features to the client and gathered feedback. This allowed us to flexibly accommodate new requirements and show the client what the system looked like from the earliest stages.
