Introduction
When a practicing Saudi lawyer approached us, the brief was clear: don’t build another internal tool—build a product for the entire market. The founder wanted a CRM that lawyers actually enjoy using: Arabic-first, simple, fast, and powerful enough to replace spreadsheets and fragmented apps. We partnered to design and ship a market-ready platform that could scale from a single office to multi-branch practices.

  • Documents: structured folders, versioning, quick templates for standard pleadings/letters.

  • Onboarding: zero-to-value walkthrough (add client → create matter → first invoice), inline tips in AR/EN.

  • Admin: roles/permissions, subscriptions, audit trail, SLA metrics.
Backlog: user stories shaped from interviews with Saudi lawyers (partners, associates, admin staff).

Sprints: 2-week cadence; each ends with a live demo in Arabic and English.

Definition of Done: UX spec met, unit/integration tests green, AR/EN copy complete, accessibility/RTL checks passed.

Quality: QA charters per module, cross-browser/RTL regression suite, seed data for realistic demos.

Governance: Jira workflow (Clarification → To Do → In Progress → Code Review → Testing → Ready for Release → Release).
